Shipping Policy

• Brainivity Box ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. We have tie -up with aggregator shiprocket and mostly use Xpressbees, Delhivery, Other Couriers. For locations not serviced by regular couriers we use India Post/Speed Post.
• All orders received up to 12:00 noon are shipped the 2-3 day in most cases and rest are shipped the next 5-6 working days. No shipping is done on Sunday. All pre-orders will be dispatched as per receival of goods from our manufacturers as per our commitments.
• All our outward shipments are insured from our office till it is delivered to you.

• You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The order is dispatched by within 5-6 Working Days.
• For Ahmedabad we try to fulfill/deliver the orders ourselves or customer can take it personally from our location.
• The average shipping time to most parts of India is 5-7 days. Most of the time it take 3-4 days . While we use reputable couriers to deliver your order, there may be shipping delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, national holidays or unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events due to which the courier may get delayed. Brainivity Box cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

Locations across India we have a nominal shipping charge as per India post or other standard shipping company charges.
Incase you need express delivery, charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
